Hi, my name is Karen, your friendly office manager and certified medical assistant.  I keep the office running up front but also help out in the back when needed.  I have been working with Dr. Ninomiya for 13 years but have 16 years of pediatrics experience.  I always had a passion for working with children.  Watching them grow from newborns to young adults is such a rewarding experience.

Hi, my name is Leslie and I'm a medical assistant with 18 years of pediatric experience.  You can find me in the back office taking vitals, doing vision and hearing screenings, administering vaccines and assisting Dr. Ninomiya in patient care.  I've been blessed to be part of the Kapolei Pediatrics ohana for 5 years and counting.  I enjoy working alongside Doc and Karen while we care for our patients.
